Description	Some opacity requests return an error of: * BUG * In ???: The expression bits == NULL \|\| (rowstride_bytes % sizeof (uint32_t)) == 0 was false Set a breakpoint on '_pixman_log_error' to debug Pixman was added in 4.0.0 to enhance layer compositing (see #174 ) see old MapServer issue with Pixman that I reported back in 2016: https://github.com/mapserver/mapserver/issues/5343 next release of MS4W must remove Pixman support

Description	Some tiff files will not load properly and will cause the server to crash. As best as I can tell, this might be sourced to GDAL. Here are example tiff files that has this problem: http://geostor-imagery.geostor.org.s3.amazonaws.com/index.html?prefix=State/COSL/GLO_Mosaics These tiff files worked fine in MS4W 3.1.4, which is the last version I used.
