- discussed in https://github.com/MapServer/mapcache/issues/268
- likely at minimum we should document this in the MS4W readme
Thoughts? (I'm hesitant to make the change to all directories served through MS4W suddenly, for this. My thinking is that this should instead me documented, for those power users)
