• It would be good to increase MAXSIZE in mapfile from the default 2048. In full screen OL3 is sending 2810x600 sized request with my computer. That feels, by the way, odd because my computer has maximum resolution 1920x1080.

• MS4W pmapper package already exists at ​http://sourceforge.net/projects/pmapper
  • but it is from 2014 (no official releases since)
  • need to examine if it is possible with MS4W 3.x (MapServer 7)

• the packaged demos load extremely slow on first load (1.5 minutes +)
• I just discovered that this issue was supposed to be fixed in the February release of Mapbender
• it was obviously not fixed
• I've reported this to the Mapbender team: ​https://github.com/mapbender/mapbender/issues/388
