running zoo-project on ms4w 4.0.1

Description
I was using ms4w 4.0, then I uninstalled it
and installed ms4w 4.0.1, It says libeay32 is missing when I try to use zoo-project.
So I copied it from old version and paste on
Apache bin and cgi-bin.
So now it is working.
I would like to clarify whether we want to do it manually
again and again ?

This is fixed in the new ZOO 1.8dev package for MS4W: https://ms4w.com/release/apps/zoo-project-1.8dev-ms4w.zip
