- I've recently updated the MapServer HTTPS doc (https://mapserver.org/ogc/wxs_secure.html)
- the MS4W README https section (https://ms4w.com/README_INSTALL.html#certificates-for-https) points to an old MapServer ticket with those old steps, but instead it should point to that updated doc
