Description
As suggested on Ticket #41, I hereby request to add the php_openssl extension to the project.

The openssl driver is now available for testing in MS4W 4.0.0-alpha3: http://www.ms4w.com/release/experimental/ms4w_4.0.0_alpha3.zip That driver is enabled by default, please confirm by checking your phpinfo() response.
Note that this contains PHP 7.0.8, but PHPMapScript is not included yet: please contact me directly if your organization can help fund its development.
