Description	gdalinfo.exe crashes when testing, with GDAL 2.0 netcdf-c-4.3.3.1 hdf4-4.2.11 hdf5-1.8.15-patch1 for MS4W 3.1.0 release, HDF4 and HDF5 were removed from the build for this reason note that this crash only occurs when trying a win32 build in an x64 environment

Description	the current MS4W Visual Studio compiler (MSVC 2008) is not supported for future releases of PHP https://wiki.php.net/internals/windows/compiler should tackle this when updating the entire MS4W stack to a more recent Visual Studio release
