Description
- the current MS4W Visual Studio compiler (MSVC 2008) is not supported for future releases of PHP
- https://wiki.php.net/internals/windows/compiler
- should tackle this when updating the entire MS4W stack to a more recent Visual Studio release

PHP 7.0.8 and its extensions have been successfully compiled, and is now available for testing in MS4W 4.0.0-alpha3: http://www.ms4w.com/release/experimental/ms4w_4.0.0_alpha3.zip
