Windows requirements for Mapbender3: ​http://doc.mapbender3.org/mapbender/documentation/book/en/installation.html

I believe the following is needed for MS4W:

  • re-compile PHP
    • --enable-fileinfo
    • --enable-intl
  • Apache
    • load mod_rewrite.so

Also required is: ----enable-apcu (a PECL extension)
