Description
- openssl.exe tool that is distributed in MS4W requires several environment variables.
- the variables must be set for users in setenv.bat

Today's MS4W 4.0.0 (and MS4W 3.3.1) release contains many settings and fixes for HTTPS, including for OpenSSL. These are documented now at https://ms4w.com/README_INSTALL.html#certificates-for-https
