(the example in the ZOO ticket actually lives on the MS4W homepage, after installing, meaning every local MS4W user will be clicking on that HTTPS buffer service, so this service is critical for MS4W installations)

- MS4W 4.0.1 installer now will download ZOO-Project 1.8dev (compiled today from today's SVN/head). Here is the manual link, if you already have MS4W 4.0.1 : https://ms4w.com/release/apps/zoo-project-1.8dev-ms4w.zip
Compiled services include:
- MapServer support
- Python3 support
- PHP7 support
- mono support
- java support
- OGR services:
- base-vector-ops (all)
- ogr2ogr
- base-vector-ops-py

- GDAL services:
- contour, dem, grid, profile, translate, warp
- utils/status
Also configured main.cfg to point to local MS4W's curl certificate bundle (for HTTPS connections)
