Description
- master now contains ability to use a custom XSLT stylesheet to enable a DCAT profile (I am assuming this would also allow JSON-LD output?)

Also, I'm remembering the Python version issue previously raised here:
https://github.com/geopython/pycsw/issues/720
We should remember to test this to confirm if the issue was resolved...
