GDAL 3.3.3 is likely to be released today, and should be included in MS4W 5.0

GDAL 3.4.1 will be released soon, and should be included in the final MS4W 5.0 release. Changes: https://github.com/OSGeo/gdal/blob/v3.4.1RC1/gdal/NEWS.md

3.5.0 is being released now, that changes the build steps completely (using CMake only). We will also have to turn on support for data formats, one by one...this could be a good topic for discussion publicly soon, on the ms4w-users list (which formats are missing in the build).

I've been building the GDAL 3.1.0 release candidates in MS4W environment, but I need to test with MapServer. Would be good to get GDAL 3.1.0 into MS4W as soon as possible. (will share more thoughts and questions related to this in the PROJ ticket #198 )
